As per the WAROA Constitution you are hereby advised the Annual General Meeting of the Association will be held on the above date commencing at 11 am in the Owners/Trainers room at Belmont race course.
The meeting will conclude no later than noon to allow time for all to view the first race. Tea and coffee will be provided for those who attend the meeting.
You are advised that nominations for election as a member of the Committee need to be proposed and seconded by current financial members of the Association in writing and lodged with the Association not less than 21 days prior to the AGM.
All members are encouraged to attend the AGM which has been scheduled at a convenient time to minimise disruption to your race day.
